Getting outside is a great way to improve mental and physical health. If you can find time to take a walk in the park or even just spend time in a garden, however small it can:

- help you take time out and feel more relaxed
- improve your physical health
- improve your confidence and self-esteem
- help you be more active
Take a few moments to really notice your surroundings. It will help calm your mind and soothe your nervous system.
